Weight loss Wednesday (wk 5)

A short post on this early Wednesday morning. I can't go to the WW meeting today because we are leaving for FL in a few hours so I am going by my home scale. I am down another pound after a few out to eat meals and not a lot of working out... my knee is giving me problems and I have an apt in mid June to get it checked out. Until then I am only walking, swimming and maybe ellipting... but for the next five days I plan on doing a lot of swimming and beach walking. My plan for the next week is to maintain my weight, I really don't want to gain but I will splurge a little more since we are on vacay.

35 days. 11 pounds down. 39 pounds to go... and I am feeling GOOD.
