Meal Planner Tuesday!

Here is our meal plan for the week!

Monday- Body Life Group- Breakfast for dinner theme- Blueberry, Strawberry and Poppy Seed Muffins
Tuesday- Fish Tacos, chips and guacamole
Wednesday- Crock-pot Lasagna and rolls
Thursday- Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Sweet Potato fries
Friday- Leftovers
Saturday-Turkey Burgers, fresh fruit and Sweet Potato fries

I went through my pantry and fridge and looked through things that we could use up or would be expiring soon.  We had fish tacos last week and I still have cabbage, black beans and the sauce to use up in my fridge. I have a container of ricotta cheese I need to use (lasagna) and I have frozen left over pulled pork and two turkey burgers in my freezer. I decided it would be good to eat them both this week so if I bought buns they wouldn't go to waste since we could use them on two meals. Also, one bag of sweet potato fries will be good for both meals and they are something that Hudson can eat.

I'll be sharing my mom's recipe for fish tacos soon. It's one of my very favorite meals!
