Meal Plan--SUNDAY!

So I decided to move my meal planning posts to Sunday. It just makes more sense. I go grocery shopping on Mondays and if I plan meals on Sunday it seems to groove a little better. We've been in a food funk and have been eating out way too much, so this week I am trying some new stuff.

Monday- Body Life Group- Mexican Theme--Weight Watchers Taco Casserole-- It calls for chicken but I have a lot of ground beef in my freezer so I will be using that instead.

Tuesday- Grilled Chicken Salad (I buy the bagged Market Fresh Salad at Wal-Mart with the FF Raspberry Vinaigrette and all the sides and add a bag of grilled chicken, easy, healthy, delish and two perfect servings)

Wednesday-Slow Cooker Ribs, Corn on the Cob and Sweet Potato Fries

Thursday- Rosemary Pork Chops (I am a little obsessed with these!), Baked Potatoes, Green Beans and Rolls

Friday- Crockpot Mexican Soup with quesadillas

  4. always can use more recipie ides! have you made the slow cooker ribs yet? I've had those on my pinterest, but haven't tried them. let me know how they turn out. Also, love the salad idea. I'll have to try that.
