Being healthy... and I need your help!

We are coming off of 10 days of being sick. Hudson and I have escaped unscathed but Bryan and Rhett have had something very similar to the flu. It put a little kink in my working out plan since Bryan was home all of last week and Rhett was wanting to be help 24/7. So this week I started insanity back. I am going to be working out 5x a week and hopefully get some good results.

On the eating healthy front, I would like to say that I have done better at that, but again, when everyone is sick you just kind of eat what is easy. Thankfully I started E-Meals. We have been loving the versatility of the meals plans. It has pushed me out of my "cooking comfort zone" and we have started making and trying new things! In the last two weeks I have made Kale chips (yum!) and Steamed carrots for the first time. We loved both! Finally, I need your help! KNWA (a local news station) is hosting a local "Biggest Loser Competition".
