Mary Kay Giveaway!

***I have a lot of facebook friends who want to enter but don't have a blog. Just leave a comment with your email address on each post you want to enter and follow the companies conditions and you will be entered! There is so much cool stuff I want everyone to be eligible!

This afternoon's giveaway is really cool. My friend Meredith and I grew up literally across the street from each other and she is a fellow nurse. She recently started her own Mary Kay business and wanted to share a little bit about her experience with Mary Kay and has a cool product to giveaway!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
"I first got into Mary Kay this past summer to earn a little extra money to pay off my soon-to-be husbands student loans. We both agreed that this would be great to speed the process of getting out of debt. It has been a slow start due to life events, aka marriage, moving in a place together, learning life as a married couple (groceries get expensive), and spending time with each other. I say all that to let you know Mary Kay is not a demanding business, it is something YOU do at YOUR own pace and nothing else. You have directors and mentors helping you every step of the way. It has been a place to meet other women that have the same desires and make new friends. I have not seen Mary Kay to openly advertise that they are a Christian believing company, but through the people I have met and the attitudes of the directors, it is evident that they love Jesus!!! How refreshing!  It has been a journey so far and I am looking forward to what is to come!"

GIVE AWAY: Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush ($50 value)

The Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush compares to the Clarisonic Brushes sold in department stores that are between $100-$200. The picture below gives a side to side comparison of the two.
The Skinvigorate brush is BRAND NEW and can be used with any cleanser you choose, of course I recommend Mary Kay, but it is versatile....
  • Removes makeup 85 percent better than cleansing by hand.*
  • Boosts the absorption of your next skin care step.
  • Starts improving skin’s appearance immediately.
  • Helps polish away the look of past skin damage for a more even-looking complexion.
  • Softens the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
  • Feels like a spa facial treatment with dual-speed rotating action.
You can go here for more information!

Photo: I'm getting my brush free from Krista Marks-Erdmann. I just need to sell 24 Mary Kay products. So I'm offering the brush to you for $40!!! Or free to you too- just ask me how. The deadline is Friday. Teacher, daycare, friend gifts anyone? Message me.

  1. As a child my favorite Christmas treat was always my grandmother's chex mix recipe that she or my mother would make. One of those treats where you reach your hand down into the bowl and realize you have eaten the entire batch. She passed away this year so I hope to continue the tradition with my family this year.

  6. I am so happy for Meredith and would love to try the Skinvigorate and share it with friends and family. :) Ive been eyeing the Clarisonic, which my mom has and actually hated. So I am excited that MK came out with this!

    My email is amberallison21@gmail.com

And my favorite Christmas Treat is a pretzel stick, dipped in white chocolate (like almond bark can be substituted) and then drizzling dark chocolate over it. You can also top them with individual preferences of smashed candy canes, crushed heath bar, or caramel drizzle. Everyone loves them. Salty and sweet and personalized. Pretty easy to make! :)

My favorite Christmas treat is something called "pink stuff" my grandmother has made every year with Christmas dinner. It is Cool Whip, cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple and pecan pieces. I don't like nuts and so my grandmother always made me my own little dish of "pink stuff." I loved sitting down to dinner and seeing it beside my plate. As a kid it always made me feel so special....it still does at 34. :)
