Jalapeno Ranch-- Chuy's Style

Ok so I have only had Chuy's once. We got it as take-out because it is always insanely busy and I really wasn't overly impressed by my food, but I WAS impressed by the ranch dip. One of the best things I have ever tasted. I've been thinking about that ranch for the past month and finally made my own version last night by combining a few different recipes. And I am sure I would love their food if I got to go and actually sit down and eat there-- One day soon, I hope!

My twitter friend, Melissa, gave me her recipe a few weeks ago and I found a few copy-cats on Pinterest. I loved Melissa's recipe but it made a massive amount so I combined the best of a few, tried to make it healthier and this is what I came up with.

Copycat Jalapeno Ranch
Adapted from this recipe and the recipe of my friend Melissa

16 oz Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Fage)
1/4 c light Mayo
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Packet
1/4 c. Cilantro (fresh from the garden! Yum!)
1/4 c. Jalapenos (I had sliced in a jar in my fridge)
1/4 c. Salsa Verde or Chopped Green Chilis
1 tsp salt
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp lemon juice
Milk to thin to the right consistency

Mix all in a blender, add milk until you feel like the dip is the right consistency. I didn't need much. This made about two mason jars full and we ate a whole jar last night. Whoops.

Hope you enjoy!
