Weight Watchers Friday

I've been consistently working out 5 days a week since the beginning of the year. I have seen changes in the shape of my body but no numbers on the scale. I think that is because I haven't been really watching what I eat. I did Weight Watchers shortly after I had Hudson and lost 16 lbs before having to have knee surgery and falling off of the bandwagon. I've been contemplating going for awhile now but after getting home from our vacation and stepping on the scale, I knew it was time for a change.

Last night was my first meeting. I loved the meetings when I went before and it was the same thing last night. I need the support and accountability to succeed and that's what they offer. I love that they have the Monthly Pass now where you pay a flat fee for the meetings and the online tracker. I went by myself but felt welcome the minute I walked through the door. I would encourage you that if you're looking for help losing weight and need the accountability to check it out.

I texted Bryan after my first weigh in and told him that I had never been so excited in my life for someone to tell me that I needed to lose weight. I am hoping with hard work and dedication I can hit my goal weight by the end of the year.

I am going to use "Weight Watchers Friday" to share my success of the week and to post my favorite recipe or eating tip of the week. I have 64 lbs to lose to hit goal so it will be a long haul. I want to use my blog to keep myself accountable too.

So... Week 0. 64 lbs to go.

Happy Friday.
