Guest Post from Meredith's Moments

Just a fun little post from my friend Meredith today...

Making Every Moment Count

Hey y’all! I am Meredith, from the blog, Meredith’s Moments. I have blogged for almost seven years now, mostly to keep a good record and online journal about our family. Over the years, I have shared about happy moments, memorable moments, and even hard moments, like the loss of my precious Daddy from brain cancer in 2009 and our struggle with infertility. My main goal of this blog is to show the love of Jesus to others, and maybe even brighten someone’s day.

I am a 28 year old southern wife and mom, who loves the Lord with all my heart, soul, and mind, and I adore my family and friends. Singing, cooking,  and recently Weight Watchers are some of my favorite things that I blog about regularly.

Russell is the love of my life. He and I have been married for almost seven years.  We welcomed our sweet son and little miracle, Jackson, into the world on April 21st of this year. He is our pride and joy and we love documenting all those special and funny memories about him.
Russell and I were both born and raised in South Arkansas, but now live in Bentonville, Arkansas and love it so much.

Jackson is now three months old, but he has taught us so much about parenthood already.
Life is a journey. It sounds cliché, but it’s so important to live your life to the fullest every day. It is such a precious gift! Cherish every moment. One of my favorite songs is the song entitled, “How You Live,” by Point of Grace.” It’s not what you do and it’s not what you did, it’s how you live!” My sweet Daddy truly lived life to the fullest. Now, every time I look in Jackson’s eyes, I am reminded to do that every single day.
Two of my favorite verses are what I will leave you with. May it give you hope today.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged; for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
“In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice, in the morning, I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.” Psalm 5:3

Thank you so much to my sweet friend, Jenna, who let me take over her blog for a day. Feel free to hop on over to “Meredith’s Moments” and check out the fun. Let’s make every moment count!
