It's Wednesday! Woo!

...and this is going to be random...

This fit tip was DRINK your WATER! I aim for 80 oz!
New fav lunch! Lettuce wrap "sandwich". 4 ww points for three!
My old favorite comfy tee could now be a dress... so there's that.
 Yesterday I took the boys running early in the AM because it was HOT.
 And then I broke out some before and after pics... y'all this floored me. March 2013 (post having Rhett and before I started working out at all) vs July 19, 2014 (post insanity and half was through piyo!). These programs WORK!
But I also wanted to share with you that my number on the scale was the SAME in these pictures. I gained weight after Janet died and being on night shift so that's the weight that I have recently lost, but I weigh the exact same in the pictures in the R and L. All that to say, don't rely so much on the number on the scale. I weigh the same but am in MUCH smaller clothes and I feel so much better about myself. Take pictures, measure and compare to see your real results!

After workout time yesterday the boys and I went to the mall. I got a new shirt and got Hudson some Toms that were half of half (aka $12!!). And we got to pick out some baby clothes for "Baby Street".

Last night we went to dinner for Jordan's birthday. I wore my new top and new wedges I got last week from Target. I needed to document a non-workout selfie.
 Oh and a pic of my cute boys!
We ate at Olive Garden and I looked online to see what I could get. I got the Tilapia with Shrimp. It was 9 weight watchers points and super yummy.  I also only ate half a breadstick and gave Rhett the other half. That's willpower right there!

Then we came back to our house and did cake and let Jordan open her presents. I think she kind of loved the baby clothes. It is SO fun being an aunt!
It's been a good week! I have to work out early today before my boys get up because we have a play date with some friends and I am giving myself nap time to rest and catch up on some shows!

  3. You look great. Thank you for posting those photo at the same weight. I have been watching what I eat and exercising and the scale doesn't seem to move. It has caused me to get discouraged and give up multiple times. It's so funny because I kept saying I feel so much better, my clothes too, I could swear I lost weight. Yet the SCALE? No more scale for me. Just healthy eating and exercise - moving forward ! Thank you for encouragement ! ! !
