Chicken and Broccoli Pasta 
(a favorite in the Buettemeyer home)

2 Tbsp Pompeian Olive Oil
12 oz box of pasta
2 chopped chicken breasts
2 chopped cloves of garlic
2 heads of broccoli, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Greek Seasoning, to taste
Parmesan Cheese for garnish

1. Boil Pasta according to directions on box, add broccoli to boiling pasta. 
2. Put Olive Oil and Garlic in skillet, add chopped chicken and seasoning. Cook until Chicken is no longer pink in the middle.


3. Drain pasta and broccoli. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water.

4. Add pasta and broccoli to chicken along with the pasta water. Taste and season more if needed. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
