Well in the midst of the craziness that's been going on, I've still managed to lose a little weight this week. So I'm down another 0.6 lbs. It's not a ton but with the way I've been eating I will take it. Now that the house stress and drama is over, I am going to get back on track. I've been researching the Wendie Plan, it's a way to redistribute your WW points including your weeklies when you get stuck in a plateau and I've had two of my WW girls do it and had great luck the first two weeks so I've decided to start that this week.
