What's Up Wednesday!

Today I thought it would be fun to link up with some other super cool ladies (ShayShaeffer, and Mel) and and do a "What's UP Wednesday..."

So I'll be answering these questions...


What we're eating this week...
Well I've been doing 3 day refresh. I'm officially done tonight! And this morning I was down 4 lbs and back to where I was after Whole30. Bryan has been so sick this week. We've just been off of whole30 for a week and feeling SO blah. So starting tomorrow I'm going to be doing a 21 day fix/Whole30 combo for us. To see if we can start feeling better. Something else I also found interesting was that since I've been eating good again (doing 3 Day refresh) I've hit my sleep goal of 8 hours again after sleeping only 6 or so hours and being so exhausted last week. This goes to show it effects SO much other than body weight. We have a three day refresh/21 day fix group starting in September that I would love for you to join us for!! Email me for more info!!




What I'm reminiscing about...
Summer time?! I don't know... not really because I am a happy momma that my boys are in school. Maybe just vacation with my hubby. I'd love to go somewhere alone with him again soon.




What I'm loving...

QUIET and having two whole days to myself to get "work" knocked out. I love being a SAHM... but I REALLY loving being a WAHM. This summer just REALLY did me in on trying to do both. I think this new schedule is great.

What we've been up to...
Not a whole lot. Getting back in the swing of things with a schedule (I love schedules so it's been nice). Hudson started Soccer on Monday night. He loves it.


What I'm dreading...
Not really anything?? I love this life I am living! I turn 29 a week from today and I am convinced it will be my best year yet!

What I'm working on...

Several new BeachBody groups. I also just start a biweekly email newsletter (sign up is at the top right of your screen) where I am offering free fitness advice and recipes. I'll also be sending out exclusive discounts on my BeachBody stuff. Love to have you join my list! It's way outside of my comfort zone, but since I like to write, it's fun! 

What I'm excited about...
THIS TRIP!!!!!!!!
I am taking the leaders on Team Joyfully fit to our own little private island in February! It cannot get here soon enough! I love being able to spoil my girls like this- they've worked hard for it!

What I'm watching/reading...
I've been mindlessly watching some Flip or Flop on Netflix (what's your fav home reality show on Netflix??). Bryan and I watched the first episode of Fear the Walking Dead last night. It was good! I'm reading Seven by Jen Hatmaker still. I will eventually get through it! I just don't ever sit down and read like I want to but with two beach trips coming up hopefully I'll get some books knocked out!

What I'm listening to...
Currently I am listening to Top 50 Weekly Alternative Hits on iTunes radio... and besides that SILENCE. I love it. 

What I'm wearing...
This picture is from last week but I am wearing the same thing and drinking coffee out of the same mug! I got up at 6 and worked out and showered AND blew my hair out before I took the boys to school-- winning!!!!

What I'm doing this weekend...
Hudson has soccer and his birthday party on Saturday. We are doing a joint birthday party with his best friend, Ethan, at Jump Zone. They both turn 5 the first week of September! I can't believe it.

What I'm looking forward to next month...
My birthday and Hudson's birthday. Also we have a lot of family coming to the lake house for Labor Day! It will be good to have some chill time out there!

What else is new...
I found this first picture on my TimeHop this morning. I just wanted to point out that this wasn't at my heaviest and actually I only weighed about 5 lbs more than I weigh now... so it really goes to show that it ISN'T all about that number. I wear jeans 3 sizes smaller now and am much more toned. Love seeing this progress! One day at a time!
