"Porkify" Your Game Day!

I am super excited to share one of our favorite recipes on today's post. I also am excited to introduce you to the art of "Porkifying"! “Porkifying” (AKA) the art of propelling average recipes to maximum deliciousness by adding or substituting juicy, mouthwatering pork.


Bryan loves to smoke meat, and smoked pulled pork is one of our game day  (WOOOOO Pig SOOIE!) favorites! So I’m going to share our pulled pork recipe using Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast to show you how we “porkified” our game day recipe.

Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast is hand-trimmed and easy to prepare in a slow cooker, on a smoker or in the oven for simple, delicious pulled pork recipes... here is our favorite recipe below!

Smoked Pulled Pork

One Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Set smoker temp to 230 degrees. Season the Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast liberally with Salt, Pepper and Paprika on all sides. Place Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast fat side up on smoker and smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 200 degrees. Let rest for an hour before shredding.

We eat our pulled pork just like this with side. I also love it on salads or in tacos! It is SO moist and delicious. I love the crunchy outside SO much too!


These are our fav Pulled Pork Tacos! I just add some chopped red onion, avocado, and homemade sauce (BBQ and Mayo)!
