We are currently doing Hammer and Chisel and following the meal plan and eating WHOLE foods. We both feel SO great and this is a recipe favorite of ours so I wanted to share!
Chop steak (or chicken), I used frozen from our grass fed cow that we got last year, but any kind of lean steak is fine, chop bell peppers, mushrooms and onions and season. I LOVE Flavor God seasonings, they're even Whole30 approved. I used the Spicy Everything and Garlic loves on this and then drizzled with about 1 tbsp of EVOO. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. I mix it up half way through. Then I placed the steak and veggies on corn tortillas with some greek yogurt and sliced avocado. We had lots of left overs so we ate it on lettuce with some greek yogurt and salsa for a salad for lunch the next day too. This recipe is a favorite of ours, I hope you love it too!
