Ultimate Reset Morning Day Three Update!
I wanted to check in (as accountability for myself) and let y'all know how the Ultimate Reset was going! We are on the morning of day three. I filmed this little video update last night to share with you first hand...
So you can see we are feeling and doing good! It hasn't been that bad so far, and really I am just missing my coffee!
This was Day 1 lunch (huge salad, no meat and miso soup):::
And Day 1 Dinner:: (Salmon, asparagus and baby potatoes)
This is was day two breakfast:: big ol cup of distilled water with mineralize and oatmeal with blueberries.
Lunch was a repeat of day two, minus the soup and add chicken. Dinner last night was the best, it was a SW Tacos but if you watched my video you'll know we were starving so I didn't take a pic! We are doing a repeat of it tonight, so I'll snap a pic then! I've been doing some light PiYo, but honestly we've been really tired. I've been really tired in general the last two weeks, I think my body just recovering after the miscarriage, so I don't know how much of my tiredness is from this and how much is just how I was already feeling, but Bryan was SUPER tired last night too.
And lastly, we're hosting a GLIMPSE into coaching ONE DAY event on Monday which I would love to invite you to. You can add me on FB and send me a message and I'll get you in the group!
