Ultimate Reset Results!

So we wrapped up the Ultimate Reset last week! I lost 15 lbs and about 25 inches and more than that I feel AMAZING. Bryan and I did eat meat over the weekend... and guess what?! We weren't that impressed. It was kind of take it or leave it. So since Sunday night we've been back to eating Vegan and getting back to feeling great!
It's been almost two years since I started my transformation journey and I am so proud of how far I have come!

Yesterday kicked off my 21 days of no cheats with my team! I am starting a second wave next week so it's not too late to join us!!! I worked out yesterday for the first time in almost a month and I am SO sore today and super out of shape but feeling good! As soon as I am done writing this post I am going to pry myself out of the chair and do my second workout. I am just sticking to REGULAR 21 day fix with the vegan meal plan and so far so good.


I woke up at 5:30 to workout and rewarded myself with my favorite coffee from our local coffee shop Just Iced Cold Brew with a splash of almond milk. NOM NOM NOM!
And the reason I bet most of you are here... Here are my final before and after pictures! The Ultimate reset did wonders for my body, and I am so proud of myself for sticking to it for the whole 21 days and I feel AMAZING now. There is still time to join my reset group OR my 21 day fix group!! No excuses on getting that Summer Body that we want!!!
