How Far Along: 31 weeks 5 days
Size of baby: Baby is the size of a coconut (18 inches, 3.2 lbs)
Maternity Clothes: Yep. All Maternity when I get dressed. Otherwise yoga pants and XL t-shirts.
Gender: Baby BOY! Sawyer Anthony.
Movement: Yes but I can tell he's getting bigger because his movements are more distinct now (like oh yeah, that's an elbow) and not as jerky/frequent. He gets hiccups a few times a day and tried to flip all the way around the other day and it was extremely uncomfortable.
Sleep: I've been sick so I haven't been sleeping well because of that. The last few nights I've finally been sleeping all night again, just getting up to go to the bathroom a few times, and it feels SO good to rest.
What I miss: Feeling normal. I think I say that every week. I'm just ready to have my body back to myself. I said that last week and I am saying it again this week. (yep, this again)
Cravings: I really don't think I am craving anything. There are definitely lots of things that I don't want to eat though. I've been getting full really easily and haven't been able to eat dinner, it's SO weird but I am assuming it's because he's on my stomach now too. I have been waking up at 3:30 in the morning starving though, so I usually eat a granola bar and go back to bed.
Symptoms: Indigestion. And just not feeling good if I overdo it. I am getting to the point where in my previous pregnancies my blood pressure starts rising, so that's no bueno. With both boys I got put on bed rest around 34 weeks so I am in crunch mode to get everything done this week while Bryan is off and I think it's come back to bite me. We need baby boy to keep cooking for several more weeks. My OB has me checking my blood pressure at home so i am keeping a close eye on it so I know when I need to slow down.
Best Moment this week: Opening a few Christmas presents for Sawyer and getting his nursery put together. My hope is to get it finished up this week and I'll share pictures next week! He's going to be here so soon and I am SO excited!!
