Weight Watchers Friday-- Week 10!
Woo I officially made it TEN weeks in to my weight loss journey. I can't believe it's been ten weeks and I can't wait to see where I am another ten weeks from now.
On my post yesterday I said that I was down 3.2 from doing 3 day refresh and that's because I was up starting the week thanks to some fun weekend parties. I knew my number would be just back at where I was last week for my weigh in because of the little bit I gained (is anyone else like that? I can eat a little more and gain 3 lbs! SO frustrating!).
So at my "official" weigh in for the week I was down 1.2 lbs! For a total of 19.2 lbs. SO close to 20. I will be there next week! I am averaging right at 2 lbs per week which is what they say is perfect to keep weight off so I am very happy!
I just have ONE Shakeology sample pack left--details on yesterday's post. First person to contact me secures it. GONE!
I hope you all have the best weekend. I'll be spending mine with the ones I love and I will try not to gain 3 lbs this weekend, ha. We are taking Hudson to PBR (Professional Bull Riding-- yes it's the south ;-)) tomorrow and I think he's going to love it. I can definitely tell summer is winding down. We're having our friends over for dinner tonight and then next week is our last week before the boys start school back.
Happy Friday!
(And just for my knowledge and because I am planning something fun... if I was to have an extra copy of PiYo and if I was to decide to give it away who all would be interested???)

I would love to win a copy of Piyo for my aunt! She is wanting to try it, but doesn't have the money to buy a copy.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try it. I hear great things about it but just don't have any extra money to invest in it. tonidreist@yahoo.com

ReplyDeleteWould love to win! I just had my second baby boy in May and trying to work on getting back in shape. By the way, my first born is named rhett. Great name :)
ReplyDeleteYour doing awesome!! I stepped on the scale this morning and was totally discouraged...2 pound weight gain in the 8 days since starting PiYo. Somebody told me it's muscle, because you build it first. I'm going with that since I did lose 3/4 inches total during the 8 days as well. I will be glad to see the scale move in the down direction though! I love your tank, it's cute, even though I am not a fan of that particular team. And I hear ya! I was born and raised in Alabama (now I live in Florida), professional bull riding is the South! :-) Have a great weekend and enjoy time with your boys!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win! As a fellow nurse working overnights it would be awesome to utilize at home between 12 hour shifts!

ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try PiYo for a while now. Unfortunately with my husband out of work it just isn't in the budget. I recently started running and have seen some good results from that but I need to do something else to help me tone my body. You look fabulous and I can only hope that if/when I try PiYo I will have similar results.
ReplyDeleteI would love a copy of PiYo!! You have had such awesome results! I love to read your honest and well written posts!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win PiYo! My daughter gave birth 6 months ago and when the baby was 6 weeks old, her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I have stress ate FOR them! And eating out while traveling and staying in Houston away from home for his treatment has done a number on my healthy eating. Thanks so much for the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win PiYo! I am interested, but is don't like to spend money! You are doing a great job!
ReplyDeleteI would love a copy of piyo. I'm currently pregnant with my third (surprise!!!) and am still holding on to 40lbs from my first :( on top of what I wanted to lose before I had my first. I am double jointed and my bones all pop out of place so I need something that is low impact and I would love to do piyo. I definitely need to find something and stick to it after this baby is born so that I can be healthy for myself and be a good example to my kids. So yes-I would definitely be interested if you gave away a copy of piyo!!
ReplyDeleteI'd love the copy of PiYo! It looks like a great program and I am happy to see you enjoying it so much! Can you please tell me where you got your tank top? Love it! ~Alex
