I'm a busy mom and often look for EASY and healthy meals I can put together for my family for dinner! With the seasons changing, and especially in the spring, I love to add fruit and veggies to our recipes and that's why this recipe is one of my favorites! We're starting to think about being in shorts and swimsuits and wanting to use lighter ingredients too. And heaven knows, I don't want to be slaving over the stove with the gorgeous spring weather! Anyways, that is where this amazing, YUMMY, slow cooker recipe comes in!

Slow-cooker Hawaiian Chicken with Rice & Steamed Broccoli
1. Slice and onion and bell pepper and lay in the bottom of slow cooker
2. Put 4 chicken breasts on top of that (frozen or fresh).
3. Top with either a can crushed pineapple, drained, and 1/4 c. Soy Sauce.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high 4-6 hours.
5. Cook up some Minute® Rice when ready to eat! Steam your broccoli. It takes 10 minutes.
6. Plate it up and eat!

I love using Minute® Rice because it is SO quick and easy to prepare and a great pantry staple. You can literally have great-tasting, fluffy rice in just 5 minutes or brown rice in 10 minutes, just 1/4 of the time of regular rice. Minute® Multi-Grain Medleyis the newest product from Minute Rice. It’s a blend of four gluten-free, 100% whole grains, including long grain brown rice, Thai red rice, wild rice and quinoa and it conveniently cooks in 10 minutes. Plus, Minute® Multi-Grain Medley comes in pre-portioned bags, making it even easier to prep for your family.
